1:1 COACHING

You know something needs to change.

You’re just not sure what to do next.

Online + in person · €80 · 50–60 minutes

You might know exactly what you want to change.

Or you might just know that something feels stuck.

Maybe you’re second-guessing yourself, going round in circles over a decision, struggling to follow through on something you genuinely want, or finding that the same patterns keep showing up even though you understand them perfectly well.

Coaching gives us somewhere to start

You might come to

coaching because…

You’ve lost confidence in yourself.

You overthink decisions until you don’t know what you actually think anymore.

You know what you want to change, but keep finding yourself back in the same place.

You’re living with a health condition and struggling with what it asks you to change — or what it means for the life you thought you’d have.

You’re ambitious, but increasingly unsure whether the goals you’re chasing are even yours.

Something in your work or life is changing and you’re trying to work out what comes next.

You want to trust yourself more.

What happens in coaching?

A woman lighting a white candle with a matchstick. She has wavy dark brown hair and is wearing a sleeveless beige top. Her hands have light-colored, neatly trimmed nails and she is wearing rings.

There isn’t a script.

I’m not here to tell you what your life should look like, and you don’t need to arrive with the perfect goal.

My approach is collaborative and person-centred, with particular influence from cognitive behavioural coaching.

That means we might explore the thoughts, beliefs, assumptions and patterns of behaviour shaping what’s happening for you.

Sometimes it means getting curious about something you’ve always treated as fact.

Sometimes it means noticing a pattern you hadn’t seen before.

Sometimes it means challenging an assumption.

Sometimes it means working out what actually matters to you before deciding what to do next.

And sometimes you already know the answer — you just need enough space to hear yourself think.

Feeling more able to make decisions, take action and trust yourself with what happens next.

Performance & ambition

Pursuing meaningful goals without making your entire life another performance metric.

06

MY APPROACH

A little about how I work

A woman with long dark hair leaning against a tree in a park, wearing a beige sweater, with her arms crossed, looking thoughtfully into the distance.

My background began in Nutritional Therapy and health, followed by postgraduate training in Coaching Psychology at UCC.

That combination means I tend to look at behaviour from more than one angle — psychology matters, but so does physiology, environment, capacity and the life a behaviour has to fit into.

Years of working one-to-one with people also gave me experience around chronic illness and female health, which continues to shape the way I understand behaviour and individual differences.

But coaching is a different conversation.

You bring your life, your thinking and your agenda.

I bring curiosity, psychological theory, challenge when it’s useful, and a space where we can actually look at what’s going on.

    03 Start where you are

You don’t need to prepare the perfect goal or know exactly what you want to say.

You don’t need to commit to becoming a whole new person.

You can just start with the thing that’s been taking up too much space in your head.
