Hi, I’m Anni

I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist (DipNT, mNTOI), trained in Motivational Interviewing and currently studying Coaching Psychology at UCC.

My own experience with endometriosis taught me that “healing” isn’t about chasing the next supplement — it’s about nourishment, compassion and nervous-system care.

That’s why I created The Flow Method — to support women navigating hormone, inflammatory and autoimmune challenges to find calm, resilience and body-trust.

You don’t need a diagnosis or to be trying for a baby to belong here. This is about learning to feel safe, nourished, and supported in your body, whatever your stage.

  • Most programs focus on fixing symptoms. The Flow Method looks deeper — at nourishment, nervous system calm, and self-compassion. Instead of rules, we create personalised strategies that work for your life. You’ll stop the cycle of restriction, guilt, and “starting over,” and finally build tools that last.

  • This isn’t about adding more to your to-do list. It’s about taking the pressure off. Sessions give you clarity and confidence, and the practices we build together are designed to fit into your real life. Think: gentler meals, easier routines, small nervous system resets — not hours of extra effort.

  • It’s natural to worry about that. The Flow Method isn’t a one-size plan — it adapts to your unique needs. Some women notice small shifts (like calmer digestion or steadier energy) in weeks, while deeper changes (like calmer cycles, reduced inflammation, or restored periods) take longer. Progress looks different for everyone, but my role is to walk alongside you so you never feel alone or “stuck.”

  • Quick fixes cost less upfront, but they usually keep you in the same cycle. The Flow Method is about long-term transformation. It’s €220/month for personalised support, ongoing coaching, and the tools to create lasting change. Many women tell me it’s the first time they’ve ever felt truly seen, supported, and confident in their healing.

  • More than just the calls. You’ll have two coaching sessions a month, but also weekly reflections and ongoing message/voice note support. That means you won’t feel left alone between sessions — you’ll have guidance, encouragement, and someone to lean on.

  • No rigid contracts 💕. Most women choose to stay for at least 3–6 months because that’s where real transformation unfolds, but you’re always in charge of your journey.
